Reflexion # 3 "Friends"
Its incredible how humans can kill other people without caring, and more if it's a friend or a person close to them. In this story happens something like that. Montressor kills his friend Fortunato just to get revenge because he insulted him, this is something you don't see everyday. It was something shocking the way he did that, at the end its a friend and everyone make mistakes and we should forgive. He was crazy. That's why I always say that you don't have any friends at all, we can only trust ourselves because people this days think only of themselves. the one telling the story is Montressor and he narrates the way he kills his friend Fortunato and what happened that day..... how he managed to convince Fortunato that he was going to luchesi to take the amontillado wine and take him to a tomb and in sort of way buried him alive, interesting isn’t it. That’s the friends we have in this world.

Hey Keyshla, I do understand your point that sometimes like in this story friends could be your worst enemies but still I dont think you should generalized all friends. Personally I love my friends and I trust them.
I agree with Cristina, I think that there is always in which we can trust. The problem is when we don't know how to choose the correct person to trust. Another thing that we should remember is that in the time that this occurs the pride of a man was very important, and receiving an insult from somebody else was very denigrating and the best way to solve that was by killing the person. Strange world but this is were we live.
Keyshla, I agree with you in some parts, I know that now days you can count with the fingers true friends, but that does not mean that we cannot find good friends in this world, nobody is perfect, but if you find someone very close to perfect hang on to that person because the only perfect friend in whom you can trust is GOD.
"Amigo es un peso en el bolsillo" like most of people say, but this is not always like this in life we can find bad friends but also we find our best friends that are almost like brothers and sisters.
